Brand Ambassador Representative
Vice International is currently seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors and Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with consumers face-to-face, educating them on Government programs and Verizon services while helping connect them with solutions that best fit their needs.
This is a fully in-person position involving community outreach and live events. This is NOT a retail position, call center, or remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide face-to-face customer service and support at community outreach locations
- Educate consumers on Government programs and Verizon services
- Answer questions and guide customers through available options
- Represent client brands professionally and positively
- Build relationships and trust with customers through in-person interaction
- Maintain strong knowledge of client products, services, and program benefits
- Participate in ongoing daily training and team development
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday events available for selected team members
