Retention Specialist

Job Role - Call Center Agent

Location - Onsite (Augusta, GA)

Pay Rate - $17/hr + benefits

Shift Timing - Monday to Friday, any shift between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST

We at Coforge are urgently seeking a Retention Specialist for a long-term onsite assignment in Augusta, GA.

We are looking for candidates with experience in retention and call center operations.

Job description -

  • Promote and retain products and services.
  • Experience in customer retention or sales.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment is required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service over the phone.
  • Negotiate and process save/service order requests from customers.
  • Interact with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently.
  • Clearly explain applicable fees and adjustments to customers.
  • Offer product and service options tailored to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills.
  • Follow structured call flows to enhance the customer experience.
