Are you creative, confident on camera, and obsessed with social media trends? We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to join our team in Chicago and help showcase some of the city’s most exciting real estate opportunities.

If you love creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, this is your chance to turn that passion into real-world experience (and income).

🎥 What You’ll Do:

Visit properties throughout downtown Chicago to capture video tours and behind-the-scenes content

Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X

Brainstorm and execute trending real estate content ideas

Appear on camera (optional but encouraged!)

Help grow brand visibility and engagement across platforms

💼 Bonus Opportunity:

Interested in real estate? Interns have the opportunity to earn additional income by working as a Leasing Agent for up to 120 days, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client interaction, and deal-making.

Is creative, outgoing, and reliable

Has strong video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.)

Understands social media trends and algorithms

Is comfortable visiting properties and filming on-site

Is interested in real estate, marketing, or entrepreneurship
