Sales Trainee-Dallas, TX

The role of a Sales Trainee is to learn.  Upon successful participation of our Internship program you will be eligible to interview for a full-time role within our Commercial business – should no immediate role be identified and you are in good standing through the program, the Trainee may remain in a training position until a qualified role is available. 

BUSIENSS ACUMEN

As a Sales Trainee, you will be given exposure to all aspects of the Mark Anthony Brands Inc. portfolio when it comes to sales execution in an assigned market.  You will learn how to implement wholesaler plans, execute distributor incentive programs, and ensure key account execution.  

CORE LEARNINGS

  • Learn how to execute all aspects of sales plan with wholesaler network. Execute brand plans and programming by working with Manager level influencers at their distributors.
  • Weekly retail/market recap of execution and performance, providing manager feedback on market.
  • Work with teammates on regular basis in the field; providing best practice sharing and coordinate in market execution/activation drives against key market/account initiatives, new item launches and/or distribution drives.
  • Brand execution at the market level; brand standards to include pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, display, draft, and bottle placement.
  • Evaluation of personal performance and development on a weekly basis to identify and developmental areas for growth.
  • Distribution tracking, program execution tracking, and performance management

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of internship
  • Valid US Driver’s License
  • Must commit to the full 10-week program starting June 2026
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university
  • Able to lift 20lb, time on feet, active job
  • Ability to travel up to 7-8 weeks to assigned market – you will be placed in a sales region for the 10-week program.  
  • MUST be willing to relocate to anywhere in the US following the internship. Open mobility is a requirement for a full-time role.

WHERE WILL I WORK?

Flexibility and willingness to relocate to our HQ in Chicago, IL or one of our designated field locations/markets – dependent on business needs.  RELOCATION FOR SUBSEQUENT ROLES IS REQUIRED FOR PROGRESSION WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION.
