Baseball Operations & Analytics Intern

Job Description:

Dive into the "Moneyball" side of elite youth baseball. This role is designed for students who want to understand the intersection of data and player development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and interpret data from Rapsodo and other tracking technologies.

Create scouting reports and performance summaries for the Director of Player Development.

Assist with roster logistics and tournament operations for "Team Utah" events.

Takeaway: Gain deep experience with the tech tools actually used by MLB and D1 programs today.
