Trial Attorney

Luby Law Firm is a Civil Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation and Criminal Defense litigation firm is seeking Trial lawyers to join its expanding litigation team. Please forward resume and if applicable a list of cases and trial experience. Immediate need and work is available as firm has multiple jury trials in the coming months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take and defend depositions
• Draft discoveries, pleadings, and motions
• Monitor case progress
• Prepare and participate in jury trials
• Continuously communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and opposing counsel
• Court appearances as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-5 plus years’ experience handling personal injury claims preferred
• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Courtroom motion practice experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits: Luby Law Firm offers competitive compensation, compensation is negotiable, part-time and full-time opportunities are available. State licenses in other states including Illinois, Texas, and as the firm practices at a nationally and is opening out of State offices. Compensation consistent with experience and responsibilities held.
