Transportation & Logistics Coordinator (Summer Internship)

Camp Sewataro – Sudbury, MA

Summer: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM (8 weeks)
Pre-Camp: Flexible hours beginning in May (~20 hrs/week)

Camp Sewataro is seeking a highly organized, calm, and solutions-oriented college student to serve as our Transportation & Logistics Coordinator. This is a hands-on operations internship managing daily camper transportation systems, including bus routes, car drop-off, and family communication.

Ideal for rising juniors or seniors (strong sophomores encouraged) interested in operations, logistics, business, education management, or public service.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily transportation logistics for camp sessions
Build and adjust bus routes and stop assignments
Communicate with families regarding delays or changes
Coordinate with our bus company and camp leadership
Maintain accurate transportation data in our system
Problem-solve in real time to ensure safe, efficient operations

Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills
Calm, flexible, and solutions-focused under pressure
Comfortable using Excel, Word, and database systems
Familiarity with Google Maps or routing tools preferred
Must be 18+
