Overview
This is an entry-level opportunity for an early-career professional interested in self-storage real estate and investment sales brokerage. You will work directly with experienced brokers on live acquisitions and dispositions while learning how deals are sourced, evaluated, then marketed and closed.
No prior commercial real estate experience is required.
What You’ll Learn
- How self-storage properties are underwritten and valued
- How brokers source deals and build owner relationships
- How investment opportunities are marketed to investors
- Deal execution, including property tours, buyer calls, and closing processes
What You’ll Do
- Develop relationships with property owners through outbound outreach
- Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and pricing assumptions
- Research comparable sales and market trends
- Help prepare offering memorandums and marketing materials
- Some travel requires - participate in property tours and investor calls
- Learn how to prospect new clients and market yourself to them

- Real estate license or equivalent studies is a plus
- Valid CA driver's license
