Reports To: Clubhouse Manager and Valet Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, personable, and dependable Valet Attendant to join our team at a private country club in Rochester, Michigan. As one of the first and last points of contact for our members and their guests, the Valet plays a key role in delivering a warm welcome and an exceptional club experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests promptly with a courteous and professional demeanor
- Safely Park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a timely manner
- Assist with doors, directions, and general inquiries
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient valet area
- Provide attentive service during club events, weddings, and golf outings
- Communicate effectively with clubhouse and event staff to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong customer service skills and professional appearance
- Ability to work outdoors in varied Michigan weather conditions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Schedule
Part-time and seasonal opportunities available. Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak club season.
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage plus gratuities.
