Early Careers Financial Advisor Program

Kick-start a career that teaches real business skills: sales, finance, leadership, and entrepreneurship, while making a meaningful impact in your community. We’re hiring young professionals for our Spring cohort in West Chester to join a full training and mentorship program that leads directly to a licensed Financial Advisor role.

Why this is great for young professionals

  • Cohort-based training built for early-career talent, learn alongside peers and grow together.
  • Structured, hands-on mentorship from experienced advisors and market leaders.
  • Real-world experience building client relationships, delivering tailored financial plans, and developing a business—no prior advising experience required.
  • Licensing and credential support (SIE, Series 6/63/7, CFP prep) with financial assistance for professional designations.
  • Clear pathway to leadership and business ownership—this is a career, not a job.

What you’ll learn and do

  • Complete award-winning onboarding and ongoing training in financial planning, sales, and practice management.
  • Work directly with clients—conduct discovery meetings, develop and present tailored financial plans, and guide clients toward their goals.
  • Build your book through authentic relationship development, community engagement, and referral cultivation.
  • Partner with experienced advisors in joint appointments and receive hands-on coaching.
  • Create a business plan and access market development resources, expense allowances, and operational support.
  • Expand your skills through continuous professional development and move into leadership or specialty roles as you progress.

Compensation and benefits

  • Competitive compensation model and commission structure designed to support early development and reward performance.
  • Renewable income opportunities, bonus programs, and expense allowances.
  • Paid for licensing and credentialing (SIE, Series 6, Series 63, Series 7) and CFP preparation.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, disability benefits.
  • Retirement package and pension plan.
  • Flexible scheduling and parental leave.
  • Local market support, training resources, and ongoing professional development.

Who we’re looking for

  • Young professionals (recent grads and those early in their careers) who want to learn and build.
  • Completed 4-year degree
  • If you are newly graduated, internships, campus leadership, athletics, volunteer leadership, or student org involvement are preferred and valued experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal orientation, and a desire for continuous growth.
  • Reliability, integrity, and commitment to ethical client service.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
