The Chief of Staff will serve as the operational extension of the Founder, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively across:

• Hospital-integrated clinical programs
• Healthcare-related AI development projects
• Academic medical initiatives

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position requiring discretion, structure, and strong execution ability.
