As a Creator, Streaming & Digital Journalism Intern, you’ll develop original content across multiple platforms—YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Substack, Twitch, Apple Podcasts, and more. You’ll collaborate with producers, editors, designers, and digital strategists while learning how to use AI‑enhanced tools to elevate your storytelling, expand your reach, and build a sustainable creative presence.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Development

• Write, produce, and publish weekly content in your preferred format: livestreams, blogs, podcasts, or short‑form video
• Cover trending topics, develop original series, and contribute to interviews, features, or multi‑part storytelling projects
• Explore creator‑centered themes across culture, lifestyle, sports, entertainment, and digital innovation
• Build content pipelines that support UEV’s entertainment and creator‑driven initiatives

Podcasting & Audio Storytelling

• Plan and record podcast episodes using professional audio workflows
• Learn scripting, editing, sound design, and distribution best practices
• Build your voice as a host, interviewer, or audio journalist
• Contribute to audio content that strengthens UEV’s media ecosystem

Streaming & On‑Camera Broadcasting

• Stream regularly on YouTube, Twitch, or TikTok with support from UEV’s creative team
• Strengthen on‑camera presence, live engagement, and community‑building skills
• Learn strategies for consistency, monetization, and brand alignment
• Develop a streaming identity that resonates with entertainment audiences

Blogging & Editorial Writing

• Research, write, and publish articles that inform, inspire, or entertain niche audiences
• Use SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) techniques to grow readership
• Develop a clear editorial voice and storytelling style
• Contribute to UEV’s digital publications and creator‑focused platforms

Marketing & Brand Building

• Promote your content across platforms with support from UEV’s digital marketing team
• Learn how to build a personal brand rooted in authenticity, clarity, and mission
• Use analytics and audience insights to refine your creative strategy
• Support cross‑platform promotional efforts for UEV and partner campaigns

Collaborative Media Environment

• Work closely with video, design, copywriting, and social media teams
• Use AI tools for scriptwriting, content optimization, and multi‑platform distribution
• Participate in a supportive creative community focused on digital literacy and creator empowerment
• Contribute to a collaborative environment that values innovation and storytelling

Requirements

• Passion for storytelling, journalism, entertainment, culture, or lifestyle content
• Comfortable on camera, behind the mic, or expressing ideas through writing
• Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube), blogging tools (WordPress, Substack), or podcast platforms (Spotify, Anchor, Apple)
• Willingness to learn production tools such as OBS, Adobe Audition, Canva, Descript, Riverside, or similar
• Strong communication skills and the ability to meet publishing schedules
• Self‑motivated, consistent, and eager to grow as a creator
• Availability for virtual meetings:
  • Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
  • Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
  • Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
