Civil Staff Engineer

Seeking a motivated staff member on an E.I.T., to P.E. track.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking someone with strong technical skills, and clear, written and verbal communication skills. Schedule flexibility and willingness to complete assignments as workloads dictate is necessary.

Salary: $60,000 – $85,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Civil 3D based drafting from redlines and design/draft.
• Stormwater design and permitting in VT, NH, and NY.
• Water and sanitary sewer design and permitting.
• On-site septic design and permitting.
• General site civil design and permitting.
• Field work (survey, soils review, construction administration).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• 0-5 years of total relevant engineering experience (may include time in Staff Engineer role). 
• EIT Certified, or ability to acquire reciprocity within one year or less.
• Technical writing proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate successfully with clients and team members.
• Relevant design experience in site design, utilities, and permitting.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $85,000 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
