Our Residential Leadership Internship is not a desk job. It is a hands-on opportunity to mentor teenage boys, develop real leadership skills, and gain meaningful experience that prepares you for careers in human services, counseling, ministry, education, nonprofit leadership, and beyond.
You will live and work alongside experienced mentors, gaining practical skills while making a direct and lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Residential Leadership Intern, you will:
- Mentor and build positive relationships with teenage boys ages 14–17
- Support daily routines, structure, and residential life
- Help create a safe, consistent, and supportive environment
- Model leadership, responsibility, and professionalism
- Assist with activities, meals, vocational projects, and daily operations
- Encourage personal growth, accountability, and life skills development
- Work alongside experienced staff and receive direct mentorship
- Participate in a mission-driven, team-oriented environment
