PSM (Power Systems Mfg., LLC.) is seeking a variety of interests for Summer 2026 intern positions in our Jupiter, Florida location.
The Supply Chain/Planning Intern will support planning and supply chain teams with day-to-day analytical, operational, and process improvement activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to planning systems, manufacturing concepts, and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) in a fast-paced environment. The intern will collaborate closely with planners, buyers, and schedulers while developing foundational supply chain skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Support ongoing process improvement initiatives within the planning function.
- Learn and utilize common ERP (e.g., SAP) transactions related to planning; gain exposure to purchasing/buyer transactions as time permits.
- Assist with planning master data projects, including data cleanup, tracking, reporting, and visualizations.
- Develop an understanding of high-level manufacturing concepts and the products produced.
- Collaborate with the Master Scheduling team to help develop and enhance SIOP and planning visualizations.
- Support process improvements related to demand, supply, and schedule changes (e.g., purchase order dates, forecast changes).
- Assist with revenue and capacity-related projects, including coordination with buyers, tracking cost savings, and maintaining project trackers.
- Help prepare data and analysis to support executive-level SIOP discussions and cross-functional alignment.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education
- In process of obtaining a B.S./or B.A. Level: College Junior or Senior; preferably a degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
