Overview

The Strategy team for the Paycor Business Unit, a Paychex Company, is focused on driving sustained top-line growth by solving current and future unmet customer needs in high growth segments. We support the business by:

 

· Transforming the business by providing insights and developing a portfolio of innovative growth strategies to accelerate growth

· Continuous Planning and Alignment on key business goals

· Enabling Strategy Execution and leading key strategic initiatives across functional boundaries

Responsibilities

 

Strategic Research

· Explore real business questions by researching customer needs, market trends, and competitors to spot growth opportunities.

· Turn research into a story leaders can use by creating simple analyses, summaries, and slides with clear takeaways.

· Work alongside strategy leaders on deep dives that help shape what we focus on next and how we drive results.

 

Partnerships

· Assist partners in completing and optimizing their Marketplace listings, ensuring all product details, visuals, and value propositions are accurate and engaging.

· Track progress of partner listings and follow up to ensure deadlines are met and listings go live smoothly

· Assist in building out full Marketplace listings for Paycor’s product suite, gathering product descriptions, visuals, and positioning materials.

· Support cross-functional coordination (Product, Marketing, Alliances) to ensure all Paycor product content is accurate, high quality, and Marketplace ready.-quality, and Marketplace-ready.

 

Broker Channel

· Support broker channel sales teams with broker-facing materials, data requests, and day-to-day enablement needs.

· Track broker initiatives, communications, and deliverables to keep information organized and current.

· Assist with broker-related tasks across Sales, Marketing, and Channel partners to support broker engagement and execution.


Qualifications

 

  • A May 2027 graduate enrolled in an accredited College/University - Required
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business OR enrolled in a Professional Selling Program - Required
  • A high-level interest in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation for this position is $20/hr.
