Role Overview:


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten teacher to teach and inspire students as they begin their journey towards wisdom.The ideal candidate will love kids and be well versed in the best practices attendant to early elementary education. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Create and implement engaging lesson plans that encourage students to think deeply about history, literature, and logic, fostering their ability to articulate ideas clearly and evaluate them critically through a biblical lens.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a structured and disciplined classroom environment in accordance with school policies, fostering respect and academic excellence.
  • School Engagement: Actively participate in school initiatives, including curriculum mapping, and represent the school at Open-House events and other staff functions.
  • Professional Development: Pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance teaching practices and explore innovative ways to integrate timeless ideas into the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    • Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
    • Preferred: 12 credit hours in Education-related coursework or training in interdisciplinary teaching.
    • Also Preferred: Completed major in education or related discipline, master’s and/or terminal degree.
