About the Role
We’re hiring a Content Writer Intern who loves to research, write, and inform. You’ll write high-quality blogs, news updates, and press releases for SkyTails to help us educate pet parents and communicate our impact. This is a great opportunity to build a real writing portfolio while shaping the public voice of an innovative pet-tech brand.

What You’ll Do

  • Write weekly blogs on pet wellness, saving/investing for pets, and emotional stories
  • Draft press releases for partnerships, product launches, and events
  • Contribute to web content and landing page messaging
  • Assist with newsletter copy or email announcements
  • Work closely with the CEO and the journalism intern to align stories with the strategy

Ideal Candidate

  • Journalism, English, Marketing, or Business major
  • Excellent grammar, editing, and research skills
  • Comfortable adapting writing for blog, news, and professional formats
  • Familiarity with blog SEO best practices is a plus
  • Passionate about pets, human behavior, or health & finance
