Work Schedule: Hybrid (Mon-Thu in office until Apr), FULLY ONSITE starting April 6th 2026

Job Description Summary:
The Business Analyst will assist CE’s monthly forecasting & closing process as well as financial reporting directly to management. Supporting alongside CE Finance & AR Manager, this role will assist the financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, closing, ad hoc accounting, and various relevant duties.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Conduct business forecasts, including comprehensive forecasts of overhead expenses as well as of business environmental changes to provide better financial visibility to management.
• Prepare and perform month-end closing from a managerial standpoint, using SAP Controlling (CO) module while closely monitoring expenses/cost allocation of various profit segments/cost centers.
• Prepare internal monthly Managerial Reports to provide financial and operational insights for performance monitoring, improved decision-making, and strategic planning.
• By reviewing monthly/quarterly/yearly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports, conduct actual vs. target gap analysis in order to track sales and cost fluctuations.
• Investigate irregular financial trends by linking financial information with business results, performing variance analyses, and maintaining close communication with relevant business teams/divisions to identify the root cause.
• During monthly forecast process, review and analyze Sales data (price change, quantity change, etc.) to understand the business impact for communication with CFO/controller and HQ GBM counterparts.
• Submit purchase orders for monthly expenses and maintain communication with vendors.
• Establish and document business procedures for workflow efficiency.
• Miscellaneous relevant duties not listed, as needed.

Skills And Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or a related field from a four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must have Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience.
• Proficient in Excel required.
• Data manipulation and analysis skill required.
• Have accounting experience utilizing SAP Software (Preferred).
• Bi-lingual Korean/English (Verbal/Written) required.
• Ability to apply mathematical principles as needed.
• Ability to analyze business trends and communicate information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
