What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter, you’ll assist candidates in their job search.
You will:
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job profiles
- Source, identify, and recruit talent for multiple positions
- Conduct interviews that highlight both skills and personality
- Build strong pipelines and nurture long‑term candidate relationships
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from initial outreach to offer stage
