Pay: From $40,000/year

This isn’t a standard admin job — you’ll be the right hand to our General Manager, keeping priorities moving and projects on track.

What You’ll Do:

Protect and manage the GM’s calendar like a pro

Turn ideas into action and keep projects on track

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups

Keep the office organized and operations running smoothly

Prepare reports, dashboards, and professional presentations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Canva skills

Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Ability to juggle multiple priorities with calm and clarity

Independent problem solver with professional discretion

Preferred Qualifications: 

Degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience supporting executives or managing complex calendars

Operations, project coordination, or office leadership experience

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Occasional evening coordination (remote) as needed
