The Role

We’re looking for curious, motivated engineering interns who want real-world experience—not just busy work. As an intern, you’ll collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain hands-on exposure to the tools and challenges shaping today’s engineering industry. If you’re eager to learn, solve problems, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment, we’d love to have you on the team. Required Qualifications

Currently in your Junior or Senior year of school

Available to work Mid-May through Mid-August (12 weeks)

Local to Colorado and must be willing to be onsite in Niwot

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This role primarily operates in an office/lab/manufacturing environment.  Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time.

Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required.

Compensation

Competitive base salary range: $25.00 / Hour

Our compensation philosophy: we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks.  Our approach ensures fair pay internally while remaining competitive externally and allows room for growth.
