Sales / Lead Generation Executive

Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Type: Part-time Internship (30–40 hours per month) Compensation: Base Hourly + Commission/Performance Bonus

About the Role

Are you an ambitious communicator looking to break into the tech and AI industry? 

We are a fast-growing software solutions firm specialising in Web, Mobile, and AI development. We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated Sales Development Intern to help us expand our U.S. footprint. You will work directly with the founding team to bridge the gap between our high-tech solutions and small-to-mid-sized businesses needing digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calling campaigns using leads provided by the internal team to schedule initial online consultations.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new prospects through social media (LinkedIn, Twitter/X) and your local professional/university networks.

Meeting Coordination: Secure "Discovery Sessions" and first-touch interactions between potential clients and our technical leadership.

CRM Management: Maintain clean records of outreach attempts and feedback to help us refine our sales script.

What We Offer

Technical Training: We don’t expect you to be an engineer. We will provide deep-dive training on Web, Mobile, and AI concepts so you can speak confidently to clients.

Direct Mentorship: Work closely with the CEO/Founders to understand the business side of a global tech startup.

Growth Path: This is a performance-based role. Successful interns will have the opportunity to transition into a Full-Time SDR or Account Executive role with higher equity/compensation packages.

Flexibility: 10 hours per week (approx. 3 hours a day) makes this perfect for a student schedule.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a U.S. University (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but if you feel you can do tech sales, then this opportunity is for you).

Native-level English fluency with a professional and persuasive phone presence.

Resilience and a "thick skin" for outbound cold calling.

Basic understanding of social media for professional networking (LinkedIn).

High level of discipline to work remotely and meet weekly outreach targets.
