Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current License for mild/moderate/intensive Intervention Specialist or equivalent issued by the Ohio State Board.

- Evaluating student strengths and weaknesses through observation and testing.
- Creating and implementing customized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities.
- Leading small group or one-on-one instruction to address academic, social, and behavioral needs.
- Adapting general education curriculum to make it accessible.
- Using quantitative and qualitative metrics to track student growth.
- Acting as a liaison between parents, teachers, and specialists (speech therapists, counselors) to advocate for services.
