School Counselor

The Grades 6-12 School Counselor is primarily responsible for providing a comprehensive guidance program through counseling of individual students and group counseling.  The counselor position will be responsible for individual and group counseling in all counseling domains (Academic, Career, and Social/Emotional).  The school counselor also will collect data and participate in the school’s Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring System (EWIMS) team.  Additional duties may include state testing supervision, scheduling, and academic records management.  The position is a 186 day position under the Baldwin Education Association collective bargaining agreement.  Additional days may be required and will be paid on a per diem basis.
