The Program
You will enter as an Inside Sales Representative, the intentional starting point of our leadership pipeline. From day one, you will be immersed in the customer experience, product ecosystem, and performance culture that define our business. High performers are identified early and accelerated through a structured progression into Team Lead, Senior Sales, and Operations Management roles.
Everything you do in this role is preparation for what comes next.
What You'll Be Developing
Commercial Thinking — Work directly with inbound leads across phone and digital channels, learning to assess needs, position solutions, and close with confidence. This is where business instincts are sharpened.
Operational Discipline — Maintain rigorous CRM documentation, manage a live pipeline, and meet performance benchmarks with consistency. Future managers are held to a higher standard from the start.
Technical Fluency — Navigate proprietary GIS tools, serviceability platforms, and enterprise CRM systems. Understanding the infrastructure of the business is non-negotiable at the leadership level.
Customer-Centric Leadership — Learn to resolve objections, design tailored solutions, and deliver an exceptional experience at scale. The leaders we develop never lose sight of the customer.

Program Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred and viewed favorably in advancement decisions
- 1+ years of sales, customer-facing, or leadership-adjacent experience; telecom, SaaS, or call center background is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Dedicated, quiet, and professional home office environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with Ethernet capability
