Real Estate Summary Analyst – Junson Capital 

Company Overview:  

Junson Capital (“Junson”) is a prominent multi-strategy investment and asset management firm with offices located in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Palo Alto. With over $5 billion in assets under management, Junson invests across various sectors, including real estate, fixed income, and alternative investments. Since 2015, Junson has been actively investing in diverse real estate asset classes such as Hotels, Multifamily, Student Housing, Offices, and other Net Lease assets in both the U.S. and Europe.  

Program Description:  

Junson Capital is seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding academic achievements and strong analytical skills to join its real estate team in New York as an Summer Analyst. This internship program offers broad exposure to real estate investments, asset management, and portfolio management. The Summer Analyst will work directly with seasoned real estate professionals, gaining valuable experience and developing both technical and soft skills.  

Program Duration: 3 months or longer.   

Key Responsibilities:  

Provide analytical support on a wide range of assignments, including market research, property operating statement reviews, cash flow modeling, valuations, and creating presentations for Investment Committee approvals.  

Collect and analyze data related to acquisitions, financing, asset management, and dispositions to assist in strategic decision-making.  

Update and maintain the research database and contribute to the preparation of investment reports and analyses.  

Perform additional duties as necessary.  

Qualifications:  

Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or master student.  

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.  

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

Preferred academic backgrounds including real estate, corporate finance, accounting, or economics.  

Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.  

Location: This position requires on-site – New York City.
