Description of Role:
Role Overview
Nobon is seeking an intern to support growth, communication, and storytelling. The role focuses on helping refine Nobon’s narrative and building AI-enabled, repeatable content processes that support inbound interest from partners, customers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of Nobon’s positioning and core narrative
- Create and refine content for website, presentations, and thought leadership
- Assist with founder-led communication and storytelling
- Build and test AI-assisted content workflows for scalable production and reuse
- Analyse which narratives and formats drive engagement and inbound interest
- Document content processes and best practices
Desired Background & Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (preferred) or a final-year Bachelor’s program in Communications, Marketing, Sustainability, Media, International Relations, or a related field.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Interest in climate finance, sustainability, or impact-driven ventures
- Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, editing, and content ideation
- Structured, creative, and proactive
