Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves handling a variety of clerical tasks and supporting staff members in day-to-day activities, contributing to the overall productivity and organization of the company.

Book Keeping / Data Entry

  • Record Financial Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions in the financial software. and other financial accounts to ensure accurate records.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Track and manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely billing and payment processing.
  • Data Entry: Input and update financial data, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders, into the system with precision. 
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in generating financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, for management review. 
  • Maintain Organized Records: Ensure all financial documents are properly filed and easily accessible for audits and other reviews. 
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other departments to provide accurate financial information and support company operations. 
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations. 
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. 
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Demonstrate professionalism and discretion in all interactions. 
  • Anticipate needs and take initiative to solve problems. 
  • Clear communication channels with supervisor and other departments.
