About Us:
Risk Insurance is a technology-driven insurance brokerage focused on modern distribution, performance-based producers, and scalable growth. We are expanding and seeking independent recruiting partners to help source and place high-quality 1099 insurance producers.

Compensation Structure:
- 10% override on gross commissions generated by producers you place  
- Paid for the first 12 months of the producer’s tenure  
- Paid quarterly based on collected revenue  
- No cap for high-performing placements  

This structure rewards quality over volume and aligns incentives with long-term producer performance.

Responsibilities:
- Source and vet licensed insurance producers  
- Target experienced commission-driven AEs and producers  
- Present qualified candidates aligned with our performance culture  
- Maintain candidate engagement through onboarding  

Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in insurance, financial services, or commission-based sales preferred  
- Strong network of licensed P&C producers is a plus  
- Comfortable operating in a performance-based environment  
- Self-driven and relationship-oriented

We are looking for recruiters who understand 1099 producer models and prioritize long-term placement success over short-term volume.
