ABOUT IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEERS

Implementation Engineers (IE) is a manufacturing operational improvement firm focused on execution, not just strategy.

Our teams work directly on client sites alongside operators, engineers, and leaders to design, implement, and sustain real operational change. Unlike traditional firms, IE leaders are embedded in the work – analyzing problems, building solutions, and executing improvements in live manufacturing environments.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Summer 2026 Manufacturing Immersion Co-Op is a 10-week, full-time, paid experience designed for early-career engineers seeking hands-on exposure to manufacturing and operational implementation work through direct participation on active client engagements.

The program culminates in a formal end-of-summer report-out, where participants present their learnings, contributions, and insights to IE leadership. High-performing participants may be considered for full-time W-2 employment opportunities with Implementation Engineers following the program.
