VMware Systems Engineer
5+ years virtualization experience

4+ years supporting VMware infrastructure (VxRail/ESXi/vCenter)

4+ years supporting Microsoft Active Directory environments

Strong experience with Windows & Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) administration

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support VMware VxRail environments (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, NSX, Aria/vROps, ControlUp)

Deploy and administer VMware Horizon VDI, including UAG, load balancing, and certificate management

Configure and manage Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and IAM

Optimize VM performance and troubleshoot infrastructure bottlenecks

Implement security hardening and vulnerability remediation (Windows/Linux)

Develop automation using PowerShell

Manage enterprise storage (Dell EMC Unity) and backups (Veritas NetBackup)

Monitor systems using Azure Monitor and SIEM tools
