Member Contact Agent
We have an opening for a full-time Member Contact Agent. The position is located out of our Black River Falls Operations Center. In this position, you would provide exceptional and efficient member service over the phone on the full range of credit union products and services.
An ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as basic mathematical and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Related financial background or call center experience is preferred but not required.
