Engineering Internship - Summer 2026 - Steel Erection- Cincinnati, OH

The Engineering Summer Intern will support project managers, project engineers, and field teams in the planning, coordination, and execution of steel and precast erection projects. This hands-on internship provides exposure to real-world construction environments, engineering practices, and project management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Preferaby from a college or university program that is American Council for Construction Education (ACCE) accredited.
  • Strong interest in structural steel and construction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in outdoor and active construction environments
