Who You Are

High-energy, playful, and confident (yes, even a little goofy)

A strong team player who follows through and gives 100%

Warm, friendly, and great with both kids and parents

Reliable and communicative—this role builds real relationships, so consistency matters

What You’ll Do

Lead and assist children’s classes (ages 6 weeks to 10 years)

Engage kids through movement, music, games, and structured activities

Create a fun, safe, and positive environment

Help run birthday parties and weekend events

Maintain a clean and healthy facility (cleaning is a key part of the job)

What We’re Looking For

Genuine love for working with young children

Comfortable performing/leading in front of groups (think high-energy and interactive)

Willingness to learn and follow structured programming

Strong leadership and motivational skills

Availability:

Morning shifts: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM and/or

Afternoon shifts: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM

At least one weekend shift required

Bonus (not required):

Background in dance, sports, theatre, fitness, or childcare

Pay & Perks

Starting at $15/hour

Most trained staff earn $16–$17/hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Location: In person

Schedule:

4-hour or 8-hour shifts

Day shifts (no late nights)

Monday–Friday + weekends as needed
