AI Automation Intern

About us:

We’re a growing HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) company based in Brooklyn, NY. We install and service residential and commercial systems across New York. Our goal is to fully automate our business operations using the latest AI tools — and we need the right person to help us build that from the ground up.

Must be based in NYC.

What you’ll do:

∙ Build and manage 10–15 AI bots and automations across the business

∙ Automate: email, CRM, Notion, Asana, LinkedIn, advertising, and more

∙ Set up and manage tools like OpenClaw, Claude API, or similar AI platforms

∙ Train and educate the business owner along the way — you build, you teach

You:

∙ Study CS, Data Science, or any tech-related field

∙ Know or eager to learn: Make / Zapier, Claude API, OpenAI API, OpenClaw

∙ Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

∙ Based in NYC, able to come to our Brooklyn office regularly

∙ Bonus: experience with CRM systems, Notion, or business automation
