Position Summary:
The Assistant to the General Manager provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the station. This individual must be highly organized, trustworthy, proactive, and aligned with our Christian mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the General Manager’s calendar, meetings, and communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Serve as liaison between departments
Assist with project management and special initiatives
Maintain confidential records and documents
Support daily station operations
Qualifications:
3+ years administrative or executive assistant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Active Christian faith and alignment with LIFE! Christian Television’s mission
Preferred:
Experience in broadcast, nonprofit, or ministry settings
Project management experience
Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
