We are a local bath and body, fragrance, and wellness company! We are a body care destination crafting delicious, high-quality products with wellness, care and intention. As a , Bloom Barista your job is to help each guest:

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and connect warmly with every guest, creating a safe and inviting space
• Guide customers through the joyful process of crafting personalized perfume blends that truly reflect who they are
• Share your knowledge of ingredients, their benefits, and blending techniques with enthusiasm and care
• Maintain a clean, beautiful, and organized Bloom Bar
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and supporting team events
• Foster a celebratory atmosphere where self-care is sacred and fun
• Support community events and workshops as needed
• Actively engage with guests to promote and sell products, sharing the benefits and stories behind our blends to create meaningful connections and meet sales goals

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for wellness and helping others feel seen and celebrated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and care in crafting unique, meaningful experiences
• Ability to multitask and maintain an organized, welcoming environment
• Friendly, positive, and collaborative spirit
• Comfortable with sales and building relationships through product education
• Previous retail, customer service, or wellness experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible part-time schedule
• $18/hour
• In-person position located in Newark New Jersey
