Founding Forensic Researcher

Founding Policy & Legislative Researcher (Systems Reform)

Status: Initially Part-Time (5-15 hrs/week) –> Transitions to Full-Time at Set  Milestone

Founding Lead: Policy, Research & Movement Narrative

Core Focus: Structural Analysis & Linguistic Forensics

  • Forensic Auditing: Trawl through legislative frameworks to find structural “trap doors.”
  • Systemic Reconstruction: Draft “Model Law Templates” for institutional integrity and non-partisan solutions.
  • Zero-Exposure Research: Unlike traditional policy roles, this position is Research-First. All public/event-based dissemination of your findings is handled by other Leads.
  • Research Synthesis: Connect disparate data points from science, law, and history into a cohesive “Strategy of Truth.”

The Candidate: A ‘Genius Scientist’ mindset who loves uncovering hidden patterns, philosophically driven, obsessed with the Truth, and capable of high-volume reading. A writer who can identify flaws and make actionable changes.

Compensation: This is a founding “sweat-equity” role with a permanent profit-sharing agreement and founding start up position. We are currently in the ‘Build Phase.’ Compensation and benefits are success-contingent, tied to the organizational funding milestones we achieve together during our 2026 launch.

Target Compensation: $36 – $46/hr + Permanent Profit-Sharing Agreement. Initially part-time/flexible, this founding role features a phased transition to a full-time salaried position and a dedicated % of organizational net revenue as we achieve our funding milestones.

Western Massachusetts: The business is located in the Holyoke area, but some work may be completed remotely.
