Silviculture Crew Member
Be a key part of the Forest Service team in charge of maintaining timber management data, developing data for forest prescriptions, and carrying out silviculture operations – both field and administrative – to support the achievement of the district’s annual targets and management goals. Work will include tree planting, forest thinning, removing invasive plant species, and collecting important data to help sustain the health of the forest ecosystem. No experience required!

- 3 Crew Members | Various Americorps Term lengths available | Early April to September (possibility of extension)

Location: Ouachita National Forest (Broken Bow, OK)
Hours & Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (subject to change, depending on season)
