Production Specialist

Looking for variety in your workday? Join PIP Marketing/Signs/Print as a part time Production Specialist.

In this role, you’ll be a versatile team member, supporting our digital printing, large format printing, bindery, and finishing operations — stepping in wherever you’re needed to keep projects moving smoothly. This is a part time Monday through Friday position, during the day. Hours depending on your schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Digital Print Operator - Operate digital copiers to produce a wide variety of print material, like business cards, booklets, postcards etc
• Large Format Production – Operate digital printers, cutters, and finishing equipment to produce banners, posters, signs, and more.
• Bindery & Finishing – Trim, laminate, mount, fold, and package printed products with accuracy and care.
• Team Support – Act as a floater across departments, helping wherever production demands are highest that day.
• Quality Control – Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure top-notch quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing work right the first time.
• Flexible mindset — willing to jump in where needed.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Comfortable being on lifts and ladders.
• Valid driver’s license (for occasional deliveries).
