Product Development Intern

SHIFT is an HR Compliance and Workplace Culture Training company that delivers eLearning and Instructor-led training to Human Resource departments, executives, management teams and employees globally. We are looking for a high impact, detail-oriented, compassionate individual to join our team as a summer intern in Chatham, NJ. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: 

• Research media options and AI avatars for client course customizations  
• QA course content and client customization projects  
• Develop customized course outlines and transcripts 
• Participate in team meetings 
• Assist with creative development of new course content 
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING TO SHIFT: 

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
• Highly organized and detail oriented 
• Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams is a plus, but not required
