- Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week
- Schedule: June 10th - August 19th
- Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office
The Engagement Strategy team builds the blueprints for high-impact marketing campaigns. We ensure a brand’s message reaches healthcare providers and patients through a cohesive, "digital-first" ecosystem of email, social media, web experiences and more. As an intern, you will help connect these dots by analyzing customer behaviors, mapping out digital journeys, and leveraging AI technologies to optimize brand experiences.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer behaviors and interactions to understand how audiences engage with digital content.
- Use AI tools like Gemini, NotebookLM, and Waldo to synthesize complex data into actionable brand positioning.
- Assist in building omnichannel ecosystems that prioritize digital-first interactions across social media, websites, and CRM.
- Develop content maps that outline how messaging flows across different platforms to create a seamless brand experience.
- Apply best practices for digital channels to ensure content is optimized for the specific nuances of each platform.
- Collaborate on strategies for digital campaigns, including social media posts, website content, and email marketing materials
- Review email and CRM tactics to ensure they align with the client’s overarching business goals.
- Identify, define and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and provide data driven recommendations for strategic improvements
- Partner with Account, Media, and brand strategy across diverse therapeutic categories, such as (but not limited to) plaque psoriasis, IBS, and maternal-fetal medicine
Qualifications:
- Analytical thinker with the ability to look at data and see the "big picture" strategy.
- Succinct writer who can communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and a strong eye for detail and organization.
- Experience using AI tools for research, brainstorming, or productivity.
- Professional presence with the ability to collaborate confidently across different departments.
- Eagerness to learn the "why" behind marketing decisions in a fast-paced agency environment.
