- Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office
Productive business development is the lifeblood of any company. The Business Development (BD) team, part of the larger Central Business Development team, is responsible for supporting growth efforts across the enterprise and creating operational efficiencies wherever possible. The BD team supports all types of revenue generation efforts including prospecting, supporting RFI/RFP submissions, facilitating cross-introductions, and nurturing client procurement relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Analyst of Business Development, the Business Development intern works together with all members of the larger Central Business Development team with the intention of providing exceptional support for all current and planned initiatives:
- Capture and manage all prospect, account, and deal activity in HubSpot
- Support the facilitation of weekly pipeline reports to Fingerpaint Group leadership
- Work directly with intern manager on legacy processes, business systems, and our ways of working
- Continually strive to capture new content in our Business Development Toolbox and RFI/RFP Repository.
Manage and organize the Experience Library and respond to new experience requests–extracting relevant data from the Experience Library and share with the requesting team via PowerPoint or Excel.
