- Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week
- Schedule: June 9th - August 15th
- Location: Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office
The Presentation Graphic Design team acts as the visual translators of the agency, turning complex scientific data into clear, professional slides, research posters, and digital infographics. As an intern, you will support this mission by redrawing technical figures, formatting creative pitch decks, and designing social media animations for a global audience of doctors and patients. This role bridges the gap between high-level science and impactful design across every therapeutic area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Redraw blurry images, charts, and diagrams in PowerPoint or Illustrator.
- Layout large-scale research posters using InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Style and format presentation decks to be visually consistent.
- Support the team in creating simple animations for social media and design digital newsletters.
- Work with Medical Writers to ensure designs are both creative and scientifically accurate.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
- Designer with a genuine interest in science and data.
- Ability to turn technical text into easy-to-understand visuals.
- Background in science or experience with motion graphics is a plus.
- A creative portfolio or PPT design samples are required to be considered for this position.
