Program Dates: June 1 - August 21, 2026
You will be working closely with our Certification team by supporting tasks such as research, data cleanup or analysis, and administrative tasks that support the team’s core functions. You may also undertake special projects as needed.
Your primary role will be supporting the item development team, who is responsible for engaging subject matter experts to write exam items (questions) and perform content reviews.
Specifically in this internship, you will:
- Compile and update historical and current information regarding registered item writers
- Help update and organize departmental metrics and post-exam survey data
- Perform initial editorial reviews of selected exam items and attend at least one SME review session
Required Field of Study
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in fields including or related to: Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Management, Education.

Location
We strongly prefer candidates who can commute to Schaumburg, IL for orientation as well as 3–5 in person meetings throughout the summer. Though you are welcome to work from our offices full-time, there is no requirement to do so. We will consider select remote locations within the U.S., but preference will be given to local candidates.
