Revenue Development Representative

Vision Dealer Solutions is hiring a competitive, driven Revenue Development Representative to help fuel our growth in the AI-powered automotive SaaS space. This role is responsible for generating qualified demos for our Account Executives by prospecting dealer groups nationwide through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.

Target: 20 qualified demos per month.

You will learn Salesforce, outbound strategy, pipeline development, and how high-growth SaaS companies scale revenue. Your performance directly impacts company growth — and your income.

Compensation:
$45,000 base salary + performance-based commission
$70,000–$75,000+ on-target earnings
