Sales Intern – KW Flooring (Cincinnati, OH)

The Role: 
Join our Cincinnati team as a Sales Intern and get hands-on experience in retail and commercial sales. Spend time in our showrooms, assist clients with product selections, support the sales team, and learn the full sales process from outreach to proposals. 

What You’ll Do: 

Engage with retail and commercial clients in showrooms 

Learn the flooring sales process from start to finish, including client interaction, product selection, and closing sales 

Maintain and track leads 

Contribute ideas to improve sales processes 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Current Junior or Senior undergrad student (Business/Marketing/Sales or closely related) 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn 

Microsoft Experience
