Marketing Intern – KW Flooring (Cincinnati, OH)  | Full-Time / Part-Time | Summer, Fall, Spring

KW Flooring and our family of brands is the largest independent floor covering provider in the tri-state region and a top 25 dealer nationwide. With 70+ years of experience in retail and commercial flooring, we combine expertise, competitive pricing, and exceptional customer service. 

The Role: 
Join our team as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience helping promote KW Flooring and our affiliate brands. You’ll work on real campaigns, assist with digital and in-person marketing efforts, and learn the full marketing process from strategy to execution. 

What You’ll Do: 

Support marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels 

Assist with content creation, including graphics, copy, and promotional materials 

Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics 

Collaborate on events, promotions, and community engagement 

Learn the marketing process from strategy development to execution and analysis 

Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Current student (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred) 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Creative mindset and attention to detail 

Comfortable using Microsoft Office 

Experience with Canva, Lightroom, and other design platforms is helpful but not required 

Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
