Operations Intern – KW Flooring (Cincinnati, OH)

The Role: 
Join our team as an Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day business operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and help keep projects on track. This role offers exposure to the full operational lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and reporting. 

What You’ll Do: 

Assist with coordinating daily operational activities across departments 

Support process documentation and identify opportunities for improvement 

Track key metrics and help maintain operational reports and dashboards 

Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule 

Help manage vendor communications and internal workflows 

Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and effectiveness 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Current Junior or Senior undergraduate student (Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field) 

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
